== System «Palantir» ==

[[File:Palantir logo.png|thumb|left|400px|]] System "Palantir" Is designed for interaction with secure systems of transport infrastructure. The main purpose of the system is providing information support of authorities and emergency services, notification of accidents and emergencies. The system may be used for automatic collecting and handling of data, incoming from engineered safety facility, and for making reports based on prosessed data as well.

Fields of application: <br />

* analytical and situational centers of the city;<br />

* technical services and maintenance services of security equipment;<br />

* early warning system for events and emergencies.<br />

«Palantir» registers events from triggered sensors and combinations of sensors, events of video-analysis and also events, manually created by operators of situational and analitycal centres and other systems (including emergency sistems of the city). Systems allows to devide single modules of analysis for security objects. This provides limiting of information flows between objects and central  component, what lowers the cost of infrastructural solution.
System “Palantir” supports integration with existing solutions of video surveillance and emergency systems of the city for lowering the cost of final solution.

The following integration options are available:<br />

* use of toolkit for interaction with the SDK of security system;<br />

* work with devices and systems according to ONVIF specification .

The system is ready to interact with the emegrency services of the city in several modes:<br />

* Notification about events of sensors and video analysis  for situational center and emergency services using interaction  services;<br />

* receiving messages from duty remote control of 112 service (analog of 911 in Russia) with following event registration in the system.
